I really love this time of year. Everything is in bloom and I get to work with some adorable graduating seniors.
I start out every session explaining how I work and how I try to capture real emotion and movement, rather than looking "posed" and also one of my number one rules, just to feel comfortable and have fun. This beautiful senior told me she had never had photos taken before and she wasn't sure what to do. I explained to her that as we go I will guide her, but I will feed off of her natural movement. The moment she started feeling comfortable, it went perfectly. This girl was a natural. It's amazing how much making the client feel comfortable in front of the camera transforms your session. This is my first and foremost goal with my sessions and it makes a huge difference on how your session turns out.
Congratulations Phobe!!
